                                             Health Educator
Duties and responsibilities: Provide and manage health education programs that help individuals, families, and their communities maximize and maintain healthy lifestyles. Collect and analyze data to identify community needs prior to planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, policies, and environments.
Salary:
·        10%: $42,036
·        25%: $50,197
·        Median: $59,160
·        75% : $67,677
·        90%: $75,430
Education requirements: Health educators need a bachelor’s degree. A lot of  employers require the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential. Requirements for community health workers vary, although sometimes they need a high school diploma and must complete a brief period of on-the-job training. Some states have certification programs for community health workers.

Reflection: I don’t think I will ever be a health educator. I don’ think I will do a good job at the duties of a health educator. The education requirement seems kind of hard to obtain.
